Back in the 80s, my younger brother spent a long summer relentlessly trying to get up on a pair of very old school waterskis. Every time he fell, I was right next to him in the water, cheering him on. Then, one day, it finally happened! He got up and shot off gliding across the surface like he was born to do it!

In that moment of pure excitement (and relief - wetsuits were pretty basic back then!) I blurted out, "YOU HAVE ROCKED THAT BISCUIT!" It was a spontaneous mash-up of a couple of the era’s favourite sayings—“You Rock!” and that just "Takes the Biscuit!”and  I decided, having invented a brand new phrase, that if I ever owned my own business I'd call it Rock That Biscuit!  I had no idea it would ultimately be a name for a jewellery brand, but hey ho..that's my story!!
