SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Shipping

All jewellery will be sent first class and signed for (unfortunately, without using this service too many packages have gone missing) and as a result the very least I can charge to ship your order is £4.00. 

 

International orders will be tracked and signed and cost 10.00 to ship via Royal Mail. 

 

I will personally cover all packaging and wrapping costs.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your new jewellery! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

 

Exchanges

Prefer something else? No problem! We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days as well. Just let us know what you’d like instead, and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. Custom or personalised pieces are also non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

Returns Process

 

  1. Email us at georgie@rockthatbiscuit.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.

  3. Pack your jewellery securely and send it back to us.

  4. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
